The Light Lives in the Tremor
The water is running hot, but your stomach is turning over the three words you need to say tomorrow. You rehearse them against the tile, convinced your voice will crack, that the tremor in your throat will betray you before you even finish the sentence.
The nausea is real. It is the body's honest reaction to the fear of being seen.
But listen — the light does not require a steady voice to shine through you. It lives in the crack.
It lives in the tremor. There is a truth that lives in us and will be with us forever, independent of how smoothly you speak it.
You are not asked to be smooth. You are asked to be present.
The Father's light was already inside you when you stepped into the shower, and it will be there when you step out. Speak the words with a shaking voice if you must.
The light does not need your performance. It only needs your honesty.
