The Spring That Never Runs Dry
The water has turned cold against your skin, and you are standing there shaking, not because you want to, but because you are afraid there won't be enough heat left for the one you love. You are calculating the cost of your own comfort against your child's need, and in that shivering silence, you feel like you are running on empty.
But listen — the light does not run out. There was a woman who reached for just the edge of a cloak, desperate and convinced she had nothing left to give, yet when she touched it, power flowed out without diminishing the source.
She was not told to ration her hope. She was called daughter.
The love inside you is not a tank that empties when you draw from it; it is a spring that wells up from within, fed by a source that never goes dry. You can step into the warmth.
There is enough for you, and there is enough for them.
