You Are Why the Light Rose
The sun is up. You walked into this new day already bowing, already whispering sorry for taking up space.
You think your breath is a burden on the air. But look at the light hitting the floor—it did not ask permission to arrive.

You are not an interruption to his morning. You are the reason the light bothered to rise at all.
