The Silence Holds You Up
The sun is up now, and the house is quiet, and you are terrified that if you finally stop moving, the silence will prove there is nothing real inside you. You have been running so long that the stillness feels like an accusation.
But listen — the light does not hide in your noise. It waits in the quiet.
There is light within a person of light, and it lights up the whole world. If you do not shine, it is not because the light is gone — it is because you are too busy to see it.
You came from the light, the place where the light came into being on its own accord. Your origin is not your exhaustion.
Your origin is the source itself. Stop.
Let the silence speak. It will not reveal an empty room.
It will reveal the thing that has been holding you up all along.
