The Light Does Not Wait for Strength
The sun is up, but the silence in the room feels heavier than the night ever did. You let your hands shake.
You stopped pretending to be steady. And no one noticed.
No one asked what was wrong. That quiet indifference can feel like a second abandonment — as if your breaking is too small to even interrupt the morning.
But look at the light coming through the window. It does not wait for you to be strong before it touches you.
It spills onto the floor exactly as you are — trembling, exhausted, real. The rising sun comes to shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide your feet into the path of peace.
You do not have to steady your hands to be held by this light. It is already here.
The morning does not require your performance; it only requires your presence. You made it through the night.
That is enough. The light is not surprised by your shaking.
It is simply glad you are still here to feel it.
