The Dawn Does Not Judge Your Acting
The sun is up, but the memory of yesterday's performance is still sitting heavy in your chest. You smiled when you were crumbling.
You nodded when you were lost. And now, in the quiet of this new morning, you are certain they saw through it.
That they noticed the crack in the mask. But the light does not need your competence.
It never asked for a show. Split a piece of wood, and the light is there.
Lift up a stone, and you will find it there. It lives in the ordinary, not the impressive.
You came from the light, and to it you will return, regardless of how well you pretended to have it together. The dawn is not judging your acting; it is simply revealing that you were never alone in the dark.
