The Light Sees You More Clearly
The sun is up, and with it comes the old fear that someone might finally see the lie you've been carrying. You worry that if the truth comes out, the eyes looking back at you will change forever.
But the light does not look at you with different eyes when you are honest; it sees you more clearly than before. There is a love that came into the world full of grace and truth, not to expose you to shame, but to make you free.
The truth will not shatter the relationship; it will be the only thing that holds it together when the mask falls away. You do not have to protect the light from your reality.
