Waking Up Before the Collapse
The sun is up, and the silence of the house feels less like peace and more like a blank page you are terrified to write on. Everything that used to define you has fallen away, leaving you standing in the rubble with a freedom that feels too heavy to carry.
You look at the morning and wonder who you are supposed to be now that the old scripts are gone. But listen — what you are looking for is not a new role to play or a new mask to wear.
The kingdom is inside of you, and it is outside of you. You do not need to build a new self from scratch.
You only need to recognize the one that was there before the collapse. The light did not wait for you to get your life together; it was shining while the walls came down.
You are not starting over from zero. You are waking up to what was always true.
