Rest Is Not The Absence Of Love
The sun is setting and your body is finally stopping, but your mind is racing with the fear that your silence looks like coldness to the ones you love. You worry that because you have nothing left to give, they will think you have nothing left to feel.
But the light does not mistake your exhaustion for indifference. It knows the difference between a closed door and an empty room.
There is a grace waiting for you that says: do not weep and do not grieve, for this weariness is human, and you are still held entirely. You do not need to perform affection to prove you care.
The love remains even when the energy is gone. Rest is not the absence of love; it is the only way to keep it alive.
