The sun is rising, but your mind is already rehearsing the fall. You are running through every possible failure before your feet even touch the floor.

You are trying to carry the weight of a day that hasn't happened yet. Stop.

Look at the light coming through the window. It does not ask you to be perfect before it shines.

It simply arrives. There is light within you — a person of light — and it lights up the whole world.

You came from the light, the place where the light came into being on its own accord. You do not need to manufacture your worth this morning.

You only need to remember where you came from. The panic says you must earn your place in this day.

The truth says you were sent here already whole.
