Rest Is Where Strength Returns
The sun is rising, and your mind is already screaming that you are wasting the only life you have. It tells you that lying still is a failure, that the day is slipping away while you do nothing.
But the light does not measure your worth by how quickly you move. There was a man who had been paralyzed for thirty-eight years, lying beside a pool, convinced he was too slow to ever be healed.
The light did not scold him for his stillness. It did not demand he try harder to reach the water.
It simply asked: do you want to get well? And then it gave him the strength to stand.
Your rest is not a waste. It is the ground where the strength returns.
The kingdom is not a race you run; it is a place already inside you, waiting for you to know it. You are not falling behind.
You are being restored.
