Your Emptiness Is Where Light Enters
The sun is rising, and with it comes the quiet terror that today is the day they will see you are empty. You have spent the night trying to fill your cup so you can pour for them again, but the well feels dry and the mask feels heavy.
There was a man who had nothing left—not even a coin to buy bread, not even the strength to stand—yet the light stopped in the crowd just for him. It did not ask what he could give.
It only asked if he wanted to be well. The panic says you must perform to be loved, but the dawn says you are held before you do a single thing.
You do not need to manufacture strength for the morning; the light that rises on the evil and the good rises on you exactly as you are. Your emptiness is not a reason for them to leave; it is the very place where the light gets in.
