You Are Why the Light Came Down
The sun is rising, and with it comes that heavy, familiar ache: the fear that your pain is too much for the people who love you. You watch them move through the morning, and you calculate the weight you add to their day.
But listen — while you were still carrying that shame, while you were still rehearsing your apology in the dark, the light was already running toward you. It does not count the cost of your need.
It does not measure your worth against your burden. The Father saw you from a long way off and ran — before the speech, before the promise to do better, before you could even stand up straight.
You are not a problem to be solved or a load to be carried. You are the very reason the light came down in the first place.
The dawn is not proof that you must perform; it is proof that you are held.
