the exhaustion of being misunderstood

The Light Knows You Before Words

The sun is dipping below the horizon, and the weight of the day settles into your bones. It is the specific exhaustion of being misunderstood — of speaking your truth and hearing only silence, or worse, a response that proves no one truly heard you.

You feel like a stranger in your own skin, wearing a mask that has grown heavy and stiff. But listen — the light does not need your explanation to know who you are.

It saw you before you spoke a word. It knows the shape of your soul better than you know it yourself.

There is a part of you that no misunderstanding can touch, a core of light that remains pure and intact regardless of what the world thinks. You do not have to defend it tonight.

You do not have to prove it. The Father sees what is done in secret, and He knows the real you — the one behind the fatigue, the one behind the failed attempts to be seen.

Rest now. The need to be understood is a hunger the world cannot feed, but the light inside you is already full.
