The Light Waits Before You Arrive
The sun has gone down, and with it comes the quiet inventory of what you did not do today. The terror whispers that the clock is running out, that you are behind, that you have missed your chance to really live.
But listen — the light does not operate on your schedule. It was there before your first breath, and it will be there after your last.
You are not a project to be finished before the deadline. You are already whole.
The father saw his son while he was still a long way off and ran to meet him, not because the son had arrived, but because he was seen. The running happened before the apology.
Before the change. Before the proof.
The light is not waiting for you to catch up. It is already here, in this darkening room, in this tired body.
You do not need more time to become real. You are real now.
The night is not a verdict on your unfinished life. It is simply the place where the light waits for you to stop running.
