You Do Not Need Their Apology
The sun has gone down, and now the room is filling with the words you practiced but never said. You are rehearsing the apology, polishing the speech, terrified that the person who hurt you will never ask for it.
You carry the weight of a forgiveness no one requested. But listen — the light does not wait for an invitation to enter your house.
It sees you sitting in the gathering dark, holding a debt that was never yours to pay. The Father is not keeping score of who owes whom; He is running toward you while you are still choking on the words.
You do not need their apology to be whole. The light that lives inside you was there before the wound, and it will be there long after the silence breaks.
Stop waiting for a voice that may never come. The only voice that matters is already speaking your name.
