The Light Arrives Before You Stand
The screen lights up in the gray of dawn, and your stomach drops before you even read the name. You know what it asks of you.
It demands a version of yourself that is armored, efficient, and ready to perform a strength you do not possess right now. The sun is rising outside, but inside, you feel only the weight of the day before it has even begun.
But listen — the light that is arriving outside did not wait for you to get your act together. It came anyway.
It shines on the tired, the unprepared, the ones who are still hiding under the covers. You do not have to manufacture a new self to meet this moment.
The light is already here, not as a demand, but as a presence that holds you before you can even stand up.
