The screen glows in the dark, but the numbers on that timestamp only tell you how long the silence has lasted, not why it exists. You are doing math on a wound, adding up minutes like they are proof of your worthlessness.
But the light does not measure love by response time, nor does it calculate your value based on who is awake to see you. There was a woman who washed feet with her tears because she knew how much she had been forgiven, and the light told her that her great love was the only thing that mattered.
Go home tonight and close the app. The silence between you and them is not the final truth about you.
The only verdict that stands is the one spoken over you before you ever sent that message.
