The Light That Knows You Is Love
The room is bright now, and the mask is back on. You are moving, smiling, doing the work, but your shoulders are tight against the sound of your own name.
You know that tone. The one that precedes the confrontation.
The one that says: 'We need to talk about who you really are.' It hangs in the air, waiting for the inconsistency to be exposed. But listen — the light that sees you does not speak in that tone.
It does not call your name to trap you in your contradictions. It calls you to set you free from them.
There is a voice that knows the gap between your performance and your heart, and it does not use that knowledge as a weapon. It uses it as a doorway.
The fear says you will be found out and cast away. The truth says you are already known, and you are still here.
The light is not waiting to shame the mask off your face. It is waiting to love the person underneath it.
