Your Want Is Your Origin Returning
The question lands on the table like a stone. 'What do you want?' And your mind goes blank.
Not because you don't have desires, but because you spent decades burying them to keep the peace. You became an expert at wanting what others wanted, until your own voice turned into a whisper you can no longer hear.
The light does not ask this to test you. It asks because it knows the answer is still there, buried under the layers of performance.
There is light within a person of light, and it lights up the whole world. If it does not shine, it is dark.
Tonight, you do not need to know the full menu of your life. You only need to name one small thing.
A color. A texture.
A quiet preference. The kingdom is inside of you, and it is outside of you.
When you come to know yourselves, then you will be known. The paralysis breaks not with a shout, but with a single, honest word spoken into the quiet of your own kitchen.
You came from the light, the place where the light came into being on its own accord. Your want is not a burden.
It is your origin returning to the surface.
