The Light Recognizes Itself In You
The praise landed like a stone in your chest, heavy and cold. They saw something brilliant in what you made, but all you could feel was the tremor of a lie waiting to be found out.
You are convinced you tricked them—that the real you is the fraud, and this praised version is just a mask you slipped on. But listen.
The light does not bless a costume. It recognizes itself.
What they saw was not your performance; it was the drop of true Humanity inside you that you cannot hide, even from your own doubt. You did not get away with anything.
The truth broke through your fear and shone anyway. The voice calling you a liar is not the one who knows your name.
Rest now. The work was honest because the light within it is real.
