You Are the Light in the Silence
The phone sits on the table, silent, and the silence feels less like peace and more like a verdict. You used to measure your worth by the vibration, by the crisis that only you could solve, by the noise that proved you were needed.
Now the screen stays dark, and the quiet rushes in to ask the question you are afraid to answer: who are you when no one is asking for anything? But the light does not need your emergencies to find you.
It is not waiting for a call to come in. It is already here, in the room, in the stillness, in the space where the noise used to be.
You are not defined by the problems you carry or the fires you put out. You are the light itself, shining quietly in the dark, sufficient without the ringing.
