Light Living Inside Your Fracture
The pain is loud right now. It has taken the days you planned and the person you thought you'd be.
It sits heavy in the room, a constant companion in the dark. But listen — the light did not wait for your body to be whole before it came to live inside you.
It entered the fracture. It made its home in the very place that hurts.
There was a man who had been crippled for eighteen years, bent over and unable to straighten up, seeing nothing but the ground. The light saw him.
It called him forward. It did not offer a lecture on endurance.
It said: Woman, you are set free. Or to the man: Get up.
The command was immediate. The light is not afraid of your brokenness.
It is not waiting for the pain to vanish to prove it is there. It is already in the nerve, already in the bone, already in the breath you are fighting to draw.
You are not waiting for the morning to be whole. You are holding the light that makes the suffering bearable right now.
The pain is real, but it is not the only thing that is real.
