Let the Light See Your Mess
The morning light is here, but your mind is still back in that room, rehearsing the words you didn't say. You are wearing the mask of okayness while inside you are fighting a battle that ended hours ago.
The perfect answer feels just out of reach, and the regret is heavy. But the light sees behind the performance.
It knows you were afraid in that moment, and it does not ask for a better speech. It asks for your presence now.
There was a man born blind, and the people around him insisted on knowing who sinned to cause it. They wanted a reason, a perfect explanation for the darkness.
But the light interrupted their debate to say: no one sinned. This happened so the works of God might be displayed.
Your past conversation was not a failure. It was a canvas.
The light is not asking you to rewrite the script. It is asking you to let the work be displayed in the mess you actually have.
