You Were Carried To The Dawn
The mind is awake and rewriting the past, stitching together a story where your survival looks like a plan you made all along. It tries to convince you that the stumbling was strategy, that the panic was just a pause in a perfect script.
But the light does not need your story to be tidy to be present. It was there in the mess, in the wrong turns, in the moments you were sure you were lost.
You are not the author of this rescue. You are the one who was held when you had no direction.
The truth is simpler than the story you are building: you were never walking alone. The light does not care about your resume of survival.
It only cares that you are here, breathing, in the dark. You did not engineer this dawn.
You were carried to it.
