Your Need Is What Light Came To Meet
The middle of the day is where words go to die. You swallow them whole because you are terrified that speaking your need will make you difficult, or selfish, or too much.
So you sit there, heavy with the things you wanted to say, pretending the weight isn't crushing your throat. But listen — the light does not find you difficult.
It finds you human. There is a truth living inside you that was placed there before the fear ever arrived.
If you do not bring it forth, it will not save you; it will destroy you. The light is not asking for your silence.
It is waiting for your voice. Your need is not a burden to the light — it is the very thing the light came to meet.
