The Light Sees Your Hidden Cost
The mask is heavy this morning. You walk into the room, you smile, you say you're fine, and the performance begins again.
But inside, the tank is empty. You are running on fumes, pouring from a cup that has nothing left to give, and the terrifying part is that no one seems to notice.
They see the smile. They see the work.
They do not see the trembling hands holding it all together. You feel invisible in plain sight.
— But the light sees the cost. It does not look at the polished surface you present to the world; it looks at the quiet exhaustion underneath.
It knows the weight of the armor you wear just to get through the morning. There is a presence that notices the effort it takes for you to simply exist right now.
You do not have to keep the mask on for the One who knows your name. The performance is for them.
The rest is for you.
