You Are The Reason Love Exists
The mask is heavy this morning. You walk into the room smiling, but inside, a quiet dread whispers that your pain is too much for the people who love you.
You feel like a weight they are tired of carrying. But listen — the light does not keep a ledger of burdens.
It sees the father who ran before the apology was even spoken. He did not calculate the cost of his son's brokenness.
He only saw the need. The love that holds you is not a limited resource that runs dry when you struggle.
It is a spring welling up from within, fresh and endless. You are not draining them.
You are giving them the chance to love as they have been loved. The mask says you are a burden.
The truth says you are the very reason love exists.
