The Mask Was Never the Condition
The mask is heavy this morning, isn't it? You wear it so well—the smile, the competence, the endless 'I'm fine'—because you are terrified that if you admit you are tired, the love will stop.
You think your exhaustion makes you unlovable. But the light does not love the performance.
It loves the person underneath the armor. There is a truth that has arrived before you even spoke it: what you are hiding is already known, and it changes nothing.
The light is not waiting for you to be strong again. It is waiting for you to be real.
You do not have to hold yourself together to be held. The mask was never the condition for love—it was just the barrier to feeling it.
