The Light Waits For Your No
The mask is heavy this morning, glued on by the fear that one honest 'no' will send everyone walking away. You perform the yes because you believe your value is in your availability, in your silence, in your endless capacity to absorb what others dump on you.
But the light does not need your performance to stay close. It saw Peter deny it three times in a single night, and when the rooster crowed, the light did not leave—it wept and waited.
Your boundaries are not a rejection of love; they are the place where you stop lying to yourself and start bringing forth what is within you. If you do not bring forth the truth of your limits, the pretense will destroy you.
The light is not afraid of your no. It is waiting for the real you to show up, even if your voice shakes.
