You Can Be Small Tonight
The house is silent, but your mind is loud with the things you said yes to when you wanted to say no. You are afraid that a boundary will make you unlovable.
That if you stop performing, the love will stop too. But listen — the light does not love you for your compliance.
It loves you because you exist. There is a love that is not earned by agreement.
It was there before you spoke your first yes. The Father's house has many rooms, and there is space for you to rest without pleasing anyone.
You can be small tonight. You can be quiet.
The light is not waiting for you to fix anything. It is simply holding you while you breathe.
Your worth is not a transaction. You are loved even when you are empty-handed.
