Rest Is Not Theft But Remembering
The house is quiet now, but your mind is loud with the accusation that you are stealing time you haven't earned. It tells you that rest is a theft, that you must produce more before you are allowed to stop.
But listen — the light does not keep a ledger of your labor. What you did not bring forth today will not destroy you, because the kingdom is already spread out upon the earth, hidden in plain sight, waiting for you to see it.
If your heart condemns you for lying still, know this: the light is greater than your heart, and it knows everything — including the exhaustion you are trying to outrun. You are not stealing.
You are remembering.
