The Dawn Does Not Interrogate Your Tears
The house is quiet now, but your chest is heavy with the weight of holding still. You are afraid that if you move, the sound will betray you, and you will have to explain the tears before you understand them yourself.
But listen — the light does not need an explanation to be present with you. It saw you before you opened your eyes.
It knows the silence you are keeping. You do not have to perform okayness for the dawn to break.
The rising sun comes to shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of death, not to interrogate them. It guides your feet into the path of peace without asking for a reason first.
You are safe to be exactly as you are in this fragile hour. The light is already here, waiting for you to simply breathe.
