The Light Remains When Work Stops
The house is quiet now, and the silence feels heavy with a purpose that vanished this morning. You walk through rooms that used to hold your day, and the emptiness echoes like a verdict.
But the light does not depend on your employment or the noise of a busy life to exist. It was there before the first paycheck, and it remains now that the work has stopped.
The darkness has not overcome it. You are not what you produced.
You are the light that was shining long before you had a title, and it will shine long after this night passes.
