You Are Loved Because of Your Truth
The house is quiet now, and the mask you wore all day has finally fallen to the floor. In this silence, a cold fear rises: that if anyone saw the real you—the broken, messy, unpolished truth beneath the performance—they would turn and walk away forever.
You believe your loveability depends on your ability to hide. But there is a Father who has been watching the road for you, not waiting for your apology, but running to meet you while you are still covered in the dust of your hiding.
He does not run because you are perfect; he runs because you are his. The light inside you is not a fragile thing that shatters when exposed; it is the very thing that makes you known.
You are not loved in spite of your truth; you are loved because of it. The darkness tries to convince you that you must earn your place at the table, but the feast was prepared before you ever arrived.
You do not have to fix yourself to be held. The terror says: hide or be abandoned.
The light whispers: come as you are, and you will finally be home.
