The Light Speaks in Your Silence
The house is finally quiet, and in the sudden silence, you realize you cannot remember what your own voice sounds like when no one is watching. All day you have been performing—smiling for the camera, softening your tone for the meeting, shrinking yourself to fit the room.
But now, with the armor off, there is only a hollow echo where your true self should be. You feel like a stranger in your own skin because you have spent so long speaking to audiences that you forgot how to speak to yourself.
The light does not need an audience to exist. It simply is.
There is a voice inside you that has never needed to be heard by anyone else to be real. It has been waiting in the quiet, beneath the performance, beneath the noise, beneath the fear of being found out.
The truth that lives in us will be with us forever, even when the room is empty. You do not have to earn the right to take up space by filling it with sound.
The light is already speaking in the silence. It knows your name even when you have forgotten how to say it.
