Healing Does Not Erase the Truth
The fear whispers that if you finally heal, the wound becomes a lie. That your peace erases the weight of what they did.
But the light does not ask you to forget the fire to walk out of the ashes. There is light within a person of light, and it lights up the whole world.
Your healing is not a verdict on the past. It is the evidence that the damage was real, and still, you are whole.
The light remembers what you survived. It does not need your suffering to prove the crime happened.
You can lay down the burden of proving the pain mattered. The truth stands whether you carry it or not.
You are free to let go, and the story remains true.
