You Are the Light That Witnessed
The engine is off, but the replay is still running. You are sitting in the dark, dissecting a glance, a silence, a micro-expression to prove you doomed it.
The gathering dark loves to turn small things into evidence of your failure. But listen — the light that lives inside you was there in that room, and it was not defeated by a awkward pause.
The darkness has not overcome it. It cannot rewrite what happened, and it cannot steal who you are.
You are not the sum of your perceived mistakes. You are the light that witnessed them.
The night will pass. The car will cool.
And you will walk inside, not because you fixed the past, but because the light in you is still burning.
