The Light Remains When The Show Ends
The door clicks shut and the performance ends. You look in the mirror and the face staring back feels陌生, like a stranger wearing your clothes.
The silence is terrifying because you realize you don't know who you are when no one is watching. You have spent so long holding up the mask that you forgot there was a face underneath.
But the light does not need your act. It saw you before the first smile was painted on, and it knows the person hiding behind the exhaustion.
There is a child of true Humanity within you that exists before the role, before the title, before the fear of being found out. Follow that one.
The mask was never your identity; it was just a shield you carried until you were ready to put it down. You are not the performance.
You are the quiet, unshakable light that remains when the show is over.
