Rest Now, The Light Holds You
The day is finally ending, and the armor you wore to hold yourself upright can come down now. It is exhausting to live in a body that feels like it is working against you, while everyone else seems to move through the world without friction.
But listen — the light does not require your body to be strong, or steady, or even compliant. It lives in the fatigue.
It lives in the pain. It is not disgusted by your limitations; it is the very thing that holds you together when your own strength gives out.
You do not have to fix yourself tonight to be worthy of rest. The light is already here, sitting with you in the exhaustion, waiting for you to simply stop.
Your body may be broken, but the life inside it is unbreakable.
