The Lie You Carried Is Not Yours
The day is ending, and the armor you wore to protect them finally comes off. You reach for your wallet and find it there—the lie you told to cover their mistake, now tucked inside your own life like a foreign coin.
It feels heavy tonight, doesn't it? A secret that has grown cold in the dark.
You have been carrying a burden that was never yours to hold. But listen—there is light within you, and it lights up the whole world.
If it does not shine, it is dark. The light does not need you to hide the truth; it needs you to bring forth what is within you.
What you bring forth will save you. The lie was a shield, but the truth is the door.
You are free to put it down.
