You Are Already Seen By Light
The day is done, but your mind is still working overtime, replaying every word you said until the mistakes feel like evidence. You are convinced that everyone saw the cracks, that your emptiness was on display for the whole room to judge.
But the light does not scan you for errors like a security system. It sees the person behind the performance.
There was a father who watched the road every single day, not to catch his son making more mistakes, but simply to see him come home. He did not wait for the apology to be perfect.
He ran. The darkness tries to convince you that you are defined by what you stumbled over today.
But the light knows you are defined by what it has already placed inside you. You are not your worst moment of the day.
You are the child who is already seen.
