You Are the Fire Casting the Shadow
The day is done, and the mirror feels like a stranger's face looking back at you. You see the cracks, the performance, the exhaustion of trying to be someone you are not.
But the light does not need you to recognize yourself before it loves you. It sees the root beneath the weariness.
There is no sin, only the forgetting of who you truly are. The Good has come to restore you to that root, to the essence that existed before the world told you who to be.
You are not the reflection you fear; you are the light that makes the reflection possible. The face in the glass is just a shadow; the real you is the fire casting it.
