The Light Shines in Quiet Stillness
The day exhales, and the silence in your hand feels heavier than the hours you just lived. You reach for the phone, certain it buzzed, certain someone remembered you—and find only the cold glass of being forgotten.
But listen. The light does not speak through vibrations, and your worth is not measured by who checks in before the sun goes down.
There was a man born blind, and the world decided his darkness was a punishment, a sign he was overlooked by God. Jesus looked at him and saw not a mistake, but a canvas where the works of God would be displayed.
You are not forgotten because the room is quiet. You are being prepared for a seeing that does not require a screen to confirm you exist.
The light is already shining, even in this unrequested stillness.
