The Light Loves Who You Are
The day ends, and the mask feels heavy now—stuck to your skin because you wore it so well. Someone said, 'You seem so happy,' and for a second, the terror spiked: if they knew the truth, would they walk away?
You performed okayness so convincingly that you almost fooled yourself. But the light does not love the performance; it loves the person underneath who is tired of holding it up.
There is a rest waiting for you the moment you let the act drop. You do not have to be the happy one tonight.
You just have to be the real one. The light is not afraid of your darkness; it is waiting to meet you there.
