The Stain Is An Illusion
The dark has a way of magnifying the stain you feel beneath your skin. It whispers that if anyone truly saw the rot, they would recoil.
That you are too broken to be held. But listen closely.
There is a light that entered the prison of the body and said, 'Wake up.' It did not wait for you to scrub yourself clean. It did not demand you hide the wound before it approached.
It walked into the deep sleep of your shame and called you by name. The light that lives in you is not a reward for being spotless.
It is the very thing that makes you visible. You are not a mistake waiting to be discovered.
You are a drop from the light, sent here on purpose. The darkness cannot extinguish what you are.
Even now, in this heaviest hour, the stain is an illusion. The light is the truth.
