Known Because of Your Broken Pieces
The dark feels like a shield right now. You pull it tight around your shoulders, convinced that if anyone truly saw the mess inside, they would turn away.
But the darkness you are hiding in is not a shelter. It is a forgetting.
There is a light that has already seen every shadow you carry, and it has not flinched. It does not need you to clean up the room before it enters.
It comes in and sits with you in the debris. You are not known in spite of your broken pieces.
You are known because of them. The fear says: hide.
The truth says: you are already seen, and you are still loved.
