The Light Saw You Before You Typed
The cursor blinks like a heartbeat you are trying to slow down. You type the truth, then backspace it away, letter by letter, until the screen is blank again.
The fear is not that they will say no. The fear is that they will see the crack and realize you are not holding it together at all.
But the light saw you typing before your finger ever touched the glass. It saw the words you deleted and the shame that made you delete them.
Neither do I condemn you. Go now.
The silence in the room is not empty; it is full of a presence that knows your name and does not need your message to understand your heart.
