No One Remains to Condemn You
The cursor blinks like a heartbeat you are trying to steady. You type the truth, then delete it, then type it again, paralyzed by the fear that the right words will push them away forever.
But the light sees you in this gathering dark, not waiting for a perfect message, but waiting for you to stop hiding. There was a woman caught in a act that defined her entire life, standing exposed before a crowd ready to destroy her.
The light bent down, wrote in the dust, and when the accusers left, he asked where they were. No one remained to condemn her.
Neither do I. You do not need to edit your soul into something palatable before you are loved.
The version of you that is trembling and unfinished is the only one the light requires. Send the message, or sit in the silence; the connection was never dependent on your performance.
