The Prayer in the Drafts Folder
The cursor blinks in the middle of the afternoon, waiting on a screen full of words you just erased. You typed it all out—the hurt, the truth, the thing you needed them to know—and then you deleted it, word by word, until the box was blank again.
The fear said: if you send this, you will lose them. So you chose the silence.
But notice what happened in the deleting. You brought forth what was within you, even if only for a moment.
You let the light touch the keys. That act of honesty, hidden in the drafts folder, was not a failure.
It was a prayer spoken in secret. The Father who sees what is done in secret sees the words you could not send.
He knows the weight of the unsent message. He knows the courage it took to type them.
You do not have to press send for the truth to be real. The light heard you the first time.
